Musculation : Les muscles adducteurs |
|
There are three adductor muscles of the thigh. These muscles are located on the internal part of the thigh. Their action associated to that of the pectineus, consists in bringing back the thigh inward (movement that brings both thighs closer). They are very powerful muscles that are attached to the pubis (pelvis) and are ended by a tendon on the thighbone (bone of the thigh). In certain sports (as soccer, karate, long jump), adductors are often put to rough test and therefore undergo many traumatisms. © BODYPLANET 1998 - 2009
