Musculation : Les muscles droit interne |
|
The adductor longus is an adductor muscle of the thigh. It is the most superficial. It is attached to the pubis (pelvis) and goes down along the internal part of the thigh. It ends on the tibia (on a tuberosity named the crow's foot). Its main action is the adduction of the thigh and its external rotation. © BODYPLANET 1998 - 2011
